Job summary

Hire Right Recruiting is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor in Seattle, WA to run in-home consultations and sell replacement systems across the Puget Sound area. This is a sales role first, with a documented training program and a service team that provides real opportunities.

Extensive coaching will be provided to help you close deals. You will present financing options, manage proposals, and handle paperwork as you guide homeowners from options to installation.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of in-home or high ticket commission sales.
• Track record you can point to: close rate, average ticket, or revenue sold.
• Comfortable explaining technical options in plain language at the kitchen table.
• Coachable and willing to run scripts, role play, and take direct feedback.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home HVAC consultations with homeowners across the Puget Sound service area.
• Assess aging systems and present repair versus replacement options at multiple price points.
• Sell and close system replacements, with an average system ticket around $14,000.
• Present financing options and complete proposals and paperwork accurately.
• Document every appointment in ServiceTitan with photos, findings, and options presented.
• Hand off sold jobs cleanly to the install team and follow through on customer questions.
• Practice provided scripts and role plays, and apply coaching from your manager.

A well established Seattle area home services company is hiring an HVAC Comfort Advisor to run in-home consultations and sell replacement systems across the Puget Sound area. You will meet homeowners with aging equipment, present clear options with financing, and close, backed by a documented training program, scripts, role play, and a service team that hands you real opportunities. This is a sales role first: strong in-home or commission sales experience matters more than wrench time, and the earning ceiling is built for closers. Key Responsibilities

• Run in-home HVAC consultations with homeowners across the Puget Sound service area

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Two or more years of in-home or high ticket commission sales, HVAC or home services strongly preferred
• A track record you can point to: close rate, average ticket, or revenue sold
• Comfortable explaining technical options in plain language at the kitchen table
• Strong candidates from solar, roofing, windows, or auto sales are welcome and will be trained on HVAC
• Coachable and willing to run scripts, role play, and take direct feedback
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR check
