Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repairHVAC and refrigerationequipment
• Perform routine maintenance on Residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customers
• Demonstrate effective problem‑solving skills
• Educate customers on proper system operation and energy‑saving tips to maximize efficiency
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina.
