Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Service Technician, residential and/or light commercial.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• NATE certification – training provided by us.
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of TRANE equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and repair on a wide variety of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems.
• RTU's up to 25 tons and residential equipment in light commercial settings.
• Routine maintenance calls.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Consult with customer on repair, upgrades and replacement options.
• Provide clear communication on diagnoses/recommendations and invoicing for customer and service manager.

HVAC Service Technician | $28.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs and Bonuses

Work Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm | Monday through Friday | occasional overtime

Job Duties
