Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in San Antonio is seeking a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor to help homeowners choose the right solutions for comfort needs. You will assess each home, present clear options, and work with the install team to deliver a top-notch customer experience from start to finish.

You’ll examine homes, perform airflow analyses and load calculations, and recommend the best equipment. Strong customer-service skills and HVAC knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in residential HVAC sales required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar customer service software preferred, not required.
• Able to move equipment and work in attics or tight spaces as needed.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and background.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential HVAC systems in customers' homes.
• Perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements.
• Recommend best equipment and solutions for each home.
• Present options clearly to help customers make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a high-quality customer experience from start to finish.

About the Role

As a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll be the trusted expert helping homeowners choose the right solutions for their comfort needs. This role blends technical knowledge, customer education, and relationship-building. You'll assess each home, present clear options, and work closely with our install team to deliver a top-notch customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

• Examine HVAC systems in residential customer homes
• Perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements
• Recommend the best equipment and solutions for each home
• Present options clearly and help customers make confident, informed decisions
• Partner with the HVAC install team to ensure a smooth, high-quality installation experience

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in residential HVAC sales (required)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Experience with customer service software such as ServiceTitan is preferred, but not required
• Ability to move equipment and work in attics or tight spaces as needed
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend calls
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background
