Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin, TX is seeking a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners through comfort solutions, assess homes, present clear options, and coordinate with the install team for a high-quality start-to-finish experience.

About The Role

As a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor, you'll be the trusted expert helping homeowners choose the right solutions for their comfort needs. This role blends technical knowledge, customer education, and relationship-building. You'll assess each home, present clear options, and work closely with our install team to deliver a top-notch customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Need

• Flexibility to work evening and weekend calls
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and background
