Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning, established in 1999 in Austin, TX, is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to lead residential installations. You’ll operate in a bold, quirky culture that shines as part of a support-driven team.

The role involves mentoring others, performing complex installations, and working in attics or tight spaces. Training is provided with competitive hourly pay during training and a pathway to higher earnings through piece pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading residential HVAC installations.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in last 3 years.
• Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan software.
• Ability to coach, train and apprentice.
• Experience brazing with nitrogen, vacuum pull, recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats.
• Comfort working in attics and tight spaces.
• EPA Certification and TDLR, Nate preferred.

What You Need

• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Ability to coach, train and apprentice
• Experience with: brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
• A comfort level working in attics and tight spaces
• EPA Certification and TDLR, Nate preferred
