Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin, TX is seeking a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor to guide homeowners through system options and ensure a top-notch customer experience from assessment to installation.

You will perform home evaluations, airflow and load calculations, and present clear recommendations while collaborating with our install team. Strong HVAC knowledge and sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in residential HVAC sales required.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar customer service software is a plus.
• Ability to move equipment and work in attics or tight spaces.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Examine HVAC systems in residential customer homes.
• Perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements.
• Recommend the best equipment and solutions for each home.
• Present options clearly and help customers make confident, informed decisions.
• Partner with the HVAC install team to ensure a smooth, high-quality installation experience.

About the Role

As a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor, you’ll be the trusted expert helping homeowners choose the right solutions for their comfort needs. This role blends technical knowledge, customer education, and relationship-building. You’ll assess each home, present clear options, and work closely with our install team to deliver a top-notch customer experience from start to finish.
