Aire Serv in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician Supervisor who will meet customers in their homes to diagnose, repair and service heating and cooling systems, and guide options with a focus on comfort and quality.

You will oversee projects, mentor junior technicians, and handle on-call shifts. The role emphasizes world-class service, professionalism, and a path toward broader technician leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential HVAC service, maintenance and installation.
• Excellent communication with customers and office team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to motivate and support technicians.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.
• Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution.
• Oversee Projects from Start to Finish - You will be expected to collect the entire scope of work for a project, order materials and schedule appointments with the homeowner.
• Direct & Train Junior Technicians - You will guide junior technicians and grow their capabilities.
• On Call for Nights & Weekends - Be available as part of a rotating schedule.
• Deliver World-Class Service – Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.
