Aire Serv is seeking an HVAC Service Technician Supervisor in Florida. This is a customer-facing, residential service role where you’ll meet clients in their homes, perform repairs or maintenance, and discuss recommended solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential HVAC service, maintenance and installation experience, with the ability to supervise and train technicians, work on projects from start to finish, and occasionally cover nights and weekends. Compensation starts at $35/hr.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service, maintenance and installation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication with customers and office team.
• Professional appearance and personality.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide system maintenance.
• Advise on system upgrades and service plans.
• Oversee projects from start to finish.
