• Ability to motivate and support technicians.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide system maintenance for heating and cooling systems.
• Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans.
• Oversee projects from start to finish; collect scope of work, order materials, schedule appointments.
• Direct and train junior technicians.
• On-call for nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Deliver world-class service and a great customer experience.
