Aire Serv of Wesley Chapel is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Technician to visit customers’ homes, evaluate heating and cooling needs, identify system concerns, and present clear solutions using upfront pricing. This role requires strong HVAC knowledge, customer-service skills, and the ability to develop accurate estimates while guiding homeowners through repair or replacement options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to evaluate HVAC systems and comfort concerns.
• Perform system assessments and identify repair, replacement, airflow, and indoor air quality needs.
• Develop and present multiple repair or replacement options with upfront pricing.
• Educate customers on heat pumps, air handlers, package units, ductless systems, thermostats, ductwork, and IAQ products.
• Discuss financing options and assist with applications.
• Build estimates and proposals accurately and obtain customer authorization.
