Aire Serv of Wesley Chapel is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Technician to visit customers’ homes, evaluate needs, and present clear, upfront pricing for repair or replacement options. The role emphasizes trust-building, plain-language explanations, and accurate estimates to help homeowners meet comfort and budget targets.

The ideal candidate combines HVAC knowledge with strong sales and customer-service skills, and will educate customers on options like heat pumps, ducts, and IAQ products

Qualifications

• Three or more years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Section 608 certification.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC systems and comfort concerns.
• Perform system assessments and identify repair, replacement, airflow, ductwork, and IAQ needs.
• Gather information for accurate sizing and replacement proposals.
• Explain system conditions and recommendations in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Develop and present multiple repair or replacement options using upfront pricing.
• Educate customers on heat pumps, air handlers, package units, ductless systems, thermostats, ductwork, and IAQ products.
• Discuss financing options and assist with the application process when needed.
• Build estimates and proposals accurately in ServiceTitan.
• Obtain customer authorization, signatures, deposits, and required documentation.
• Follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities.
• Coordinate sold projects with office staff, installers, management, and suppliers.
