Job summary

Parker & Sons is seeking an HVAC Service Supervisor to lead a team of HVAC technicians in the Phoenix area. You will inspire and motivate technicians, drive service excellence, and ensure processes are followed for efficiency and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching technicians, conducting regular meetings, and ensuring proper tools and training. The role requires strong leadership, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in the HVAC service industry.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities to enhance productivity.
• Proficient computer skills (Excel/Word); highly organized.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Reliable with good attendance; able to pass background and drug checks.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; willingness to learn safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the technical and professional development of Technicians.
• Ensure processes are followed to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Educate Technicians on accessories and services to grow top-line revenue.
• Maintain operational excellence with accurate reporting, inventory control, and safety awareness.
• Lead monthly technician meetings on topics like PPE, safety, and SOPs.
• Coach technicians through one-on-one sessions, ride-alongs, and training plans.
• Monitor and minimize service call backs by reviewing invoices and photos.
• Handle escalated customer concerns to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
• Ensure Technicians have the minimum required tools via van inspections and rides.
• Provide coaching and guidance for successful customer service experiences.
• Track labor hours, parts, warranty returns, and ensure proper compensation.
