Responsibilities

- Conduct ride-alongs to improve performance and customer experience.
- Provide technical support for complex service calls and troubleshooting.
- Monitor KPIs like productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to company procedures.
- Collaborate with dispatch to improve scheduling and technician utilization.
