Parker and Sons in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an HVAC Service Supervisor to lead a team of HVAC Service Technicians. If you’re an experienced HVAC leader, you’ll inspire and mentor technicians while focusing on safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a base salary starting at $92,000 DOE, plus up to $52,000 annually in bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits, 401K with company match, and a company vehicle. Weekend rotation applies, and strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in the HVAC Service industry.
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficient with Excel/Word and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for technical & professional development of Technicians.
• Ensure processes and procedures are performed properly to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Educate Technicians on available accessories and services to increase top-line revenue.
• Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and reporting.
• Conduct regular Technician service meetings and coaching sessions.
• Monitor and control service call backs by reviewing invoices and field documentation.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with 100% satisfaction.
• Ensure Technicians have required tools via van inspections and ride-alongs.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and hands-on guidance for customer service excellence.
• Track labor hours, parts requisition, and warranty returns for proper compensation.
