Job summary

Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Supervisor to lead and develop our service technicians in the Pensacola market while maintaining high service standards.

The role involves field work and leadership collaboration with senior staff to meet branch goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Strong diagnostic ability, coaching mindset, and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must reside in Florida or Alabama.
• Ability to complete a background screening.
• Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop residential HVAC Service Technicians.
• Conduct ride-alongs to improve technical and customer outcomes.
• Provide technical support for complex service calls.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, revenue, ticket size, callbacks, CSAT.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with dispatch to improve scheduling and utilization.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and development.
• Perform field quality audits and coaching sessions.
• Reduce callbacks through accurate diagnosis and repairs.
• Maintain positive, accountable team culture.
• Collaborate with Operations to achieve department goals.
