• Previous HVAC service coordination experience preferred.
• Strong scheduling, dispatching, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field service personnel to maximize efficiency and fulfill maintenance contract obligations.
• Contact customers in advance to schedule visits and identify additional service needs.
• Dispatch technicians based on skill, urgency, location, and service requirements.
• Respond to emergency service calls and coordinate timely problem resolution.
• Provide logistical support including equipment coordination, purchasing, and vehicle log tracking.
• Support the Service Manager with status reporting and account coordination.
• Assist with contract administration, renewals, and paper work accuracy.
• Audit service reports and related paperwork for accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and field staff.
• Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions and service support.
