Job summary

HELP is seeking a skilled HVAC Service/Sales Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential HVAC systems. You will focus on safety, customer service, and delivering reliable comfort while meeting industry standards.

Responsibilities include on-site diagnostics, routine maintenance, documenting repairs, and advising customers on options. We offer a company truck, gas card, cell phones/tablets, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays, plus ongoing training and career

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of HVAC maintenance, service and repair.
EPA certification and Journeyman's license a plus.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems and provide replacement options.
Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, filter replacements, and tune-ups.
Consult with clients on indoor air, heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
Maintain accurate service records and document repairs and recommendations.
Work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently.
Ensure all work meets safety and industry regulations.
