HELP seeks a skilled HVAC Service/Sales Technician to maintain, diagnose, repair, and recommend upgrades for residential HVAC systems. The role emphasizes customer service, integrity, and safety compliance, with strong earning potential and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities include consulting with clients, diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and documenting repairs. Qualifications require HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a Journeyman's license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC maintenance, service and repair experience.
• EPA certification and Journeyman's license are a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on indoor air, heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and present replacement options.
• Perform routine maintenance including cleaning, filter changes, and tune-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate system performance and solutions.
• Ensure work meets safety and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and document repairs and recommendations.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to complete jobs.
• Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices.
