Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• 8+ years of HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Experience presenting repair/replacement options to customers.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
