Ideal candidates have HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid license. The role requires physical stamina, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 0–2 years of HVAC install/service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and access tight spaces.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and service HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Present comfort options to customers and upsell where appropriate.
• Complete routine maintenance and inspections as scheduled.
• Document calls and collect payments when applicable.
• Coordinate with dispatch to maintain accurate status updates.
• Follow safety rules and company policies at all times.
