True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to drive growth selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities across Central & Northern New Jersey.

The role offers a competitive base salary, car allowance, and uncapped commission with the potential to earn well into six figures. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial HVAC sales
• Experience selling service and preventive maintenance agreements
• Territory management in Central & Northern NJ preferred

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities
• Work within Central & Northern NJ (North of 1-195) territory to grow revenue
• Manage client relationships and develop new accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
