Job summary

iLocatum is seeking an HVAC Service Sales Representative in Fairfield, NJ to grow a regional service portfolio selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to hospitals, schools, and commercial facilities across Central and Northern New Jersey (north of I-195).

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, build long-term relationships with facility decision-makers, and earn uncapped commission with a base salary and a car allowance as part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or similar building systems sales.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a multi-facility territory and build long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements across a Central and Northern NJ territory (north of I-195)
• Build and manage relationships with facility decision-makers at hospitals, schools, manufacturing and industrial sites, property management firms, and retail locations
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contract close
• Grow a territory with support from an established management team

What You Bring

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience, or comparable experience selling other building systems (security, fire protection, low voltage, electrical)
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage a multi-facility territory and build long-term client relationships

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with building automation controls
• LEED accreditation
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Energy Professional (CEP) credential

Compensation And Benefits

$100,000 to $150,000 per year, including base salary, car allowance, and uncapped commission with residual income opportunity.
