Job summary

Mid-Ohio Air Conditioning Corp. seeks a Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative to grow service revenue across Central and Northeast Ohio.

You will lead with technical credibility, manage a full sales cycle, and build long-term client loyalty through trust rather than transactions. You will develop PM contracts, pursue energy retrofit opportunities, and coordinate with service and estimation teams to price and close multi-trade opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales in commercial HVAC or related field
• Proven track record closing maintenance contracts and managing a multi-account territory
• Knowledge of rooftop units, chillers, AHUs, hydronic systems, and building automation/controls
• CRM and MS Office 365 proficiency
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with clean record
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a consultative approach

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close PM agreements with new commercial accounts across Central and Northeast Ohio
• Conduct facility assessments and walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs and capital opportunities
• Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline using MOAC’s CRM; own full sales cycle from contact to contract
• Build trusted relationships with facility/building owners, managers, and procurement
• Represent MOAC at events to expand brand visibility and referrals
• Present tailored PM program options and identify ancillary revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with service leadership and estimators to scope and price complex opportunities
• Renewal and growth activities to retain and upsell key accounts
