Job summary

Mid-Ohio Air Conditioning is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative to grow service revenue across Central and Northeast Ohio. This role demands field sales excellence, deep HVAC knowledge, and the ability to nurture long-term client relationships through trusted service delivery.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, identify upgrade opportunities, and collaborate with service teams to craft tailored proposals that meet client budgets and facility needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical services, or related building systems field.
• Proven track record closing maintenance contracts and managing a multi-account territory.
• Knowledge of rooftop units, chillers, air handling units, hydronic systems, and building controls.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close preventive and predictive maintenance contracts with commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts in Central and Northeast Ohio.
• Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline using MOAC's CRM tools; own full sales cycle from contact to contract execution.
• Build trusted relationships with facility managers, owners, and procurement decision-makers to drive renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with service and estimating teams to define scopes, pricing, and timelines for capital projects.
