LC Anderson is seeking an HVAC Service Sales Representative to drive growth in the Boston metro area, building profitable service relationships between new customers and FirstCall Mechanical. You will identify opportunities, schedule appointments, and collaborate with the service team to offer renewable maintenance solutions and decarbonization-oriented offerings.

This role emphasizes strong presentation skills, technical mindset, and a customer-first approach within a growing national HVAC

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC sales experience.
• Experience selling HVAC PMs and retrofit projects.
• Aptitude for technical knowledge with attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation skills for individual and group settings.
• Experience selling service and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and qualify prospective new customers; leverage networks for leads.
• Contacts prospective customers and schedules appointments.
• Build a referral network to identify new customers.
• Conduct sales calls to address facilities challenges in HVAC systems.
• Propose solutions emphasizing renewable maintenance and digital service offerings.
• Review proposals and secure commitments to FirstCall Mechanical solutions.
• Lead kickoff meetings, resolve issues, and extend service agreements.
• Monitor account status using BuildOps and other tools.
• Develop territory marketing plans aligned with business strategy.
