Qualifications

• 2-3 previous progressive sales roles.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Aptitude for technical knowledge with high attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation skills for both individual and group settings.
• Experience selling service and maintenance agreements.
• Knowledge of Building HVAC Systems.

Responsibilities

• Follows a disciplined process to identify, target and qualify prospective new customers; leverage market conditions to uncover leads.
• Contacts prospective customers and schedules appointments.
• Builds a referral network to identify new customers.
• Conducts sales calls to identify problems facing facilities directors in HVAC systems.
• Develops urgency to resolve needs and positions FirstCall Mechanical as supplier of choice.
• Proposes solutions using local service capabilities, focusing on maintenance agreements, sustainability and decarbonization.
• Maintains customer relationships and secures commitments to FirstCall Mechanical solutions.
• Keeps management informed of progress and account status using BuildOps and other tools.
• Develops and implements territory marketing plans aligned with business strategy.
