Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC service experience required.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including no-heat and no-AC scenarios.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Perform repairs, diagnostics, and seasonal maintenance.

Air Dynamics Heating and Cooling is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician / Comfort Advisor who can not only diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems but also recognize opportunities to help homeowners improve their comfort, efficiency, and overall HVAC system.

This is a service plus sales position. You'll spend your time performing quality HVAC service and repairs while also educating customers about repair, replacement, maintenance, and system upgrade options.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including no-heat and no-AC calls.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Perform repairs, diagnostics, and seasonal maintenance services.
• Clearly explain system issues, repair recommendations, and replacement options to customers.
• Provide honest, professional recommendations focused on solutions that genuinely benefit the customer.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long‑term customer relationships.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional condition.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay current with HVAC technology and best practices.
• Represent Air Dynamics with professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience required
• Proven track record of generating $800,000+ in annual revenue attributable to your service and repair work
• EPA Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, components, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to confidently explain repair and replacement options to customers
• Strong work ethic and commitment to honesty, integrity, and professional service
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Commitment to continued learning and professional development
