Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC service experience required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain repair and replacement options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including no-heat and no-AC scenarios.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
• Perform repairs, diagnostics, and seasonal maintenance.
• Explain repair recommendations and replacement options to customers.
• Provide honest, professional recommendations benefitting the customer.
• Deliver exceptional service and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in a professional condition.
