Mechanical Concepts LLC is seeking an HVAC Service Sales Account Manager – Outside Sales to grow our service business across Greater New Orleans, Southeast Louisiana, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. You will cultivate owner and facility manager relationships and sell service agreements, preventive maintenance, repairs, and service projects.

The ideal candidate is relationship‑driven, capable of developing new business, and able to propose practical HVAC service solutions that deliver long‑term

Qualifications

• Sales experience in HVAC/mechanical services or related B2B environment.
• Strong relationship management and ability to develop repeat business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and follow-through.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in an outside sales role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, property managers, contractors, and end‑user customers.
• Sell HVAC service agreements, preventive maintenance, repairs, and service‑related projects.
• Identify customer needs through owner calls, site visits, and system reviews.
• Expand offerings with existing customers including equipment, controls, parts, turnkey solutions.
• Collaborate with service operations to develop scopes, proposals, and recommendations.
• Keep an active pipeline of service sales opportunities and stay engaged with customers.
