Job summary

Etairos HVAC, part of the AIR Control Concepts family, seeks an Aftermarket Account Manager / Service Salesperson to grow the commercial HVAC service business in the Memphis area.

You will build relationships with building owners, facility managers, and contractors, and sell maintenance agreements, service, replacements, and turnkey projects while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC industry experience.
• Outside sales or account management experience.
• Ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business.
• Comfortable meeting customers in the field and developing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial HVAC service customers in the territory.
• Build relationships with building owners, facility managers, contractors, and other decision makers.
• Identify opportunities for maintenance agreements, service, replacement parts and turnkey projects.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreement.
