Job summary

Abstrakt Marketing Group is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to manage quoting and provide service sales, equipment install and retrofit sales for new and prospective clients. You will generate new customer leads and form positive relationships with each customer.

The role requires 3–5 years of Commercial HVAC experience, strong communication, and presentation skills; you will coordinate with the Service Manager and other managers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely bids.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience delivering client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to provide pricing and proposal options for service and planned maintenance agreements.
• Inspect buildings to prepare HVAC maintenance agreements and records.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and respond promptly.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager on HVAC maintenance bids.
• Collaborate with managers and account reps to ensure total customer satisfaction.
