Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic sales professional in the Norfolk, VA area to lead generation efforts and close new business opportunities.

The role will educate clients on TCO/ROI for preventative service agreements and collaborate with engineering and estimating teams to draft profitable proposals. You will maintain relationships with property managers and building owners, driving recurring revenue and annual renewals while coordinating with dispatch and service

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and close new business opportunities through cold calling, local networking, and following up on technician-generated field leads.
• Contract & Solution Selling: Educate clients on the total cost of ownership (TCO) and ROI of long-term commercial or residential preventative service agreements.
• Proposal & Quote Management: Assess client mechanical systems, collaborate with engineering/estimating teams, and draft accurate, profitable service proposals.
• Account Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with current property managers, building owners, or residential clients to secure recurring revenue and annual contract renewals.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner directly with the dispatch and service operations teams to ensure a seamless handoff from the closed sale to project execution.
