Job summary

Addison Smith Mechanical Contractor, Inc. in Carrollton, GA, is seeking an HVAC Service & Retrofit Sales Account Manager to develop service opportunities, manage assigned accounts, and close profitable retrofit projects.

You will conduct facility assessments, prepare proposals, and coordinate with operations and estimating teams to deliver value. A minimum 3 years in HVAC sales and strong relationship skills are required, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service or mechanical sales experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and building mechanical equipment.
• Experience selling service agreements, retrofit projects, equipment replacements, or energy solutions.
• Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial HVAC service and retrofit opportunities.
• Build on and Manage an assigned portfolio of existing customers.
• Identify opportunities for maintenance agreements, equipment replacements, energy improvements, controls upgrades, and capital projects.
• Conduct facility assessments and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations.
• Work closely with our Service Operations, Engineering partners, Estimating, and Project Management teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Negotiate contracts and close profitable sales.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.
• Represent Addison Smith with professionalism and integrity in every customer interaction.
