Job summary

Stark Tech is seeking a field Service Technician to perform HVAC installation and service across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will conduct routine maintenance, diagnose and repair malfunctions, recharge refrigerants, and implement energy-efficiency upgrades while adhering to safety standards and customer requirements.

The role involves responding to emergency calls, repairing generators, and commissioning new systems.

Qualifications

HVAC installation and service in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Performing routine maintenance tasks and warranty work to ensure efficient and safe operation of HVAC systems.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions and performing HVAC or ATC repairs.
Recharging refrigerant levels, checking for leaks, and ensuring refrigerant cycle operation in AC and refrigeration.
Energy‑efficiency upgrades such as smart thermostats or duct sealing.

Responsibilities

Execute field service activities including preventative maintenance, inspections, start-ups, and emergency repairs.
Maintain safety standards and effective communication with clients to manage expectations and satisfaction.
Repair generators and respond to emergency calls.
Commission new systems as required.
