Job summary

MTech Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a Service Projects Specialist in Westminster, CO to support HVAC service projects from turnover through closeout.

You will work closely with Service Account Managers, project leadership, field teams, clients, and vendors to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and profitably. Responsibilities include preconstruction support, scheduling, procurement, change management, budget tracking, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial HVAC/mechanical systems, equipment, installation practices, and service workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret project proposals, scopes of work, drawings, specs, submittals.
• Experience with project scheduling, procurement, permitting, inspections, and closeout processes.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and coordination with SAM, field teams, and vendors.
• Assist with turnover, review of scope, contract requirements, schedule, and budget with clients.
• Coordinate drawings, specs, permits, and project documentation with engineering and internal teams.
• Monitor progress against scope and budget, identify risks early and communicate with leadership.
• Prepare comprehensive job information for field teams and ensure proper closeout documentation.
