AMPAM Parks Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a Service Project Manager to deliver medium-to-large HVAC service projects in California. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, and serve as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction practices, and building codes, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Growth, safety, and operational excellence are emphasized.

Formación

• 5–12 years of progressive experience managing HVAC service and/or owner-direct projects.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets from $100K to $1M+.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, construction methods, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with design-build, IPD, or alternative delivery projects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned HVAC projects.
• Supervise Project Coordinators and Assistant Project Managers to achieve schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability.
• Maintain project-level budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Monitor cash flow, forecast financial performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead change order management, cost recovery, and margin improvement strategies.
