Job summary

Candidates should have 5+ years in MEP/electrical construction, with proven budgets from $5M to $50M+, and proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Spectrum. PMP/PE/DBIA/CCM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing MEP/electrical construction projects.
• Experience budgeting $5M–$50M+ per project.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum.
• Certification in PMP, PE, DBIA, or CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned MEP projects.
• Supervise Project Coordinators & Assistant Project Manager teams to hit schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and accountability.
• Maintain project-level budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Monitor cash flow, forecast financial performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead change order management, cost recovery, and margin improvement strategies.
