Job summary

The Betlem Service Corporation is seeking a Service Project Manager in the Rochester area to build and maintain strong relationships with existing HVAC service customers. You will oversee service account management, quote repairs, and coordinate between customers and resources to meet service needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining client satisfaction, leading repair quotes, and ensuring timely delivery and invoicing. Travel to multiple markets may be required.

Qualifications

• AAS degree or equivalent work-related HVAC experience.
• Excellent customer service skills including verbal and written communication.
• 3–5 years of technical experience in the HVAC industry required.
• Ability to quote HVAC repairs.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Professional appearance and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve results.
• Willingness to travel to coordinate teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Focus on client retention and maintain customer satisfaction with efficient, courteous service.
• Support clients, understand needs, and develop service repair solutions.
• Quote mechanical service repairs and oversee execution of work.
• Ensure proposals detail scope, lead times, and exclusions.
• Coordinate with regional service teams or vendors to execute work.
• Investigate and resolve semi-complex issues arising in business operations.
• Ensure timely billings through proper channels.
