Job summary

EMCOR Services Betlem in Rochester, NY, seeks an HVAC Service Project Manager to build strong relationships with service customers and oversee quotes and coordination across teams.

You will manage service repairs, ensure scope and timelines are met, coordinate with regional teams and vendors, and support sales in expanding existing accounts while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• AAS degree or equivalent work-related experience in the HVAC industry.
• Excellent customer service skills including effective verbal and written communication.
• 3-5 years technical experience in the HVAC industry required.
• Ability to quote HVAC repairs.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments.
• Clean, neat and professional appearance.
• A ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel if needed to coordinate teams and vendors in multiple markets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proposals detail scope, lead times, and exclusions.

• Investigate and resolve semi-complex problems arising in the business.
• Ensure billings are reviewed weekly and processed properly.
• Deliver timely and successful solutions to clients.
• Facilitate communication between customer and account manager as needed.
• Assist sales team in securing new business within existing customers.
• Work in a matrix team environment and ensure safety requirements are followed.
• Coordinate subcontractors when required.

Job Summary

EMCOR Services Betlem is looking for an HVAC Service Project Manager. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing service customers. This includes but may not be limited to overseeing service account management, quoting service repairs, and ongoing coordination between the customer and any resources needed to meet customers’ HVAC service needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Focus on client retention. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing efficient and courteous service.
• Support our clients, understand their needs, and develop service repair solutions to achieve objectives.
• Quote mechanical service repair work and oversee the execution of the work.
• Ensure proposals detail the scope of work, lead time(s), and exclusions are well noted.
• Coordinate with regional service teams or outside vendors to execute scheduled work.
• Participate in investigating and resolving semi-complex problems that arise in the general course of doing business.
• Ensure billings are reviewed weekly and process through the proper internal channels.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to the client.
• Facilitate communication between customer and account manager as needed.
• Assist the sales team with securing new business within the existing customer base.
• Work in a team environment with matrix reporting structure.
• Ensure all job safety requirements are coordinated properly and being followed.
• Coordinate subcontractors as required.
