You will handle customer issues, coach technicians and schedulers, coordinate staffing with HR, and ensure accurate payroll while maintaining safety and high service standards.

• Proven management or relatable experience in HVAC preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills (internal and external).
• Able to pass drug screen and maintain a clean record.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HVAC day-to-day operations and provide team leadership.
• Respond to customer service issues by phone, email, or in person.
• Coach and mentor service technicians and schedulers.
• Coordinate staffing with HR/Recruiting to meet workload demands.
• Evaluate staff and plan improvements or replacements.
• Ensure payroll processes are accurate and timely.
• Foster effective relationships with peers and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
