Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator in Pittsburgh to help coordinate daily technician schedules, dispatch work orders, and assist with invoicing for service work. You will engage with account managers to keep projects on track and ensure accurate documentation across the service lifecycle.

The role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to serve as the primary admin point of contact for customers regarding service coordination and invoicing

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of experience supporting customers via telephone and email.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for field engineers and dispatch work orders.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain service documentation.
• Oversee end-to-end invoicing for service workorders with internal teams.
• Manage time and material invoices and accounts receivable.
• Oversee Purchase Orders (POs) throughout the account lifecycle.
• Support creation, administration, and renewal tracking of service contracts.
• Act as the primary administrative contact for customers regarding service coordination and invoicing.
