Responsibilities

• Oversee service operations within the territory, ensuring high-quality support for customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Lead scheduling, dispatch, and technician workload to optimize service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in response times, billing efficiency, and profitability.
• Develop and mentor field technicians; participate in recruiting and onboarding as growth requires.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Regional Directors, Parts, Billing and Business Development teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and EPA requirements.
