• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigeration systems and EMS controls.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements.
• Experience coordinating technicians, vendors, and service operations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and partners in the territory.
• Grow revenue, customer diversity, and active customer sites with the Business Development team.
• Lead daily service operations and ensure quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with dispatch to manage schedules and technician workload.
• Monitor metrics and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Provide leadership and technical support to field technicians.
• Promote safety and professional customer-focused service.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors, Dispatch, Parts, Billing, and Business Development.
