Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration (required).
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and drive improvements.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and partners in the assigned territory.
• Grow revenue, customer diversity, and active customer site count in partnership with Business Development.
• Lead daily service operations and coordinate dispatch to manage schedules and technician workload.
• Provide leadership and technical support to field technicians and promote safety and customer-focused service.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors, Dispatch, Parts, Billing, and Business Development to support operational success.
• Maintain knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems and support diagnostics and repairs.
