Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration.
• Ability to troubleshoot refrigeration systems and EMS controls.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating technicians, vendors, and service ops.
• EPA Universal Certification and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and partners within the territory.
• Grow revenue and active customer sites in partnership with the Business Development team.
• Lead daily service operations within the territory with quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with dispatch to manage schedules and technician workload.
• Monitor metrics and drive performance improvements across operations.
• Provide leadership and support to field technicians.
• Ensure safety, profitability, and alignment with company standards.
