Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing teams.
• Experience managing a service department or field service team.
• Strong leadership, staff motivation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience coordinating field technicians and managing service operations.
• Experience managing KPIs, departmental performance, productivity, and operational budgets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the commercial HVAC service department in Tampa, Florida.
• Lead, coach, motivate, and support service technicians and office staff.
• Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor technician performance and provide ongoing training and development.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Track service metrics, KPIs, productivity, and profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement.
