Mobile Air & Power Rentals in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Service Manager (Levels I-III) to lead branch operations and supervise a team of 1-12 technicians, driving customer satisfaction and efficiency.
This full-time role offers overtime, weekend opportunities, and a competitive hourly rate with quarterly bonuses, plus health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and clear career progression.
Competenze
- Experience in the HVAC rental industry, with management exposure.
- Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team.
- Proficiency with MS Office and HVAC-related software.
Mansioni
- Manage branch operations and supervise 1-12 service technicians.
- Ensure timely, high-quality service for customer orders.
- Oversee equipment installation and gas connections.
- Adhere to safety protocols and conduct start-ups/maintenance.
- Coordinate logistics for pickup, reconditioning and storage.
- Lead the service team and evaluate performance.
- Train technicians on maintenance and installation.
- Respond to customer feedback to improve operations.
