Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals in Lewisville, TX, is hiring a Service Manager (Levels I-III) to oversee branch operations and supervise 1-12 technicians. You’ll ensure timely service, oversee installations, and drive safety and efficiency while coordinating with sales to meet client needs.

The role requires 2–5 years in HVAC rental management, supervisory experience, and strong MS Office/MRP skills. Overtime, weekend hours, and bonuses are available in a full-time setting.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the HVAC rental industry, preferably in management.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree, 2-year HVAC certificate, or Universal Refrigeration Certificate.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with MRP or rental software.
• Strong organizational skills and independent work capability.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. safely.
• Valid driver’s license and meets DOT and MVR requirements.
• Customer service oriented with a mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, high-quality service for customer orders.
• Oversee equipment installation, including gas connections and ductwork.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Conduct equipment start-ups, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Manage logistics for equipment pick-up, reconditioning, and storage.
• Lead service team, fostering a positive work environment, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor service processes to improve customer experiences.
• Train Technicians on maintenance and installation of equipment.
• Collect and respond to customer feedback to achieve operational goals.
