Qualifications

• Strong focus/track record in selling maintenance agreements
• Previous HVAC Sales or Home Services Sales strongly preferred
• Previous experience in HVAC service management or a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and service procedures
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC service team including technicians and staff
• Plan, schedule service appointments and projects
• Ensure timely, high-quality service calls and projects
• Assess and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Coordinate with clients to understand needs and provide solutions
• Manage inventory, equipment, and resources effectively
• Train and mentor team members to ensure exceptional service
• Develop strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Sell HVAC maintenance agreements
• Follow up on inside sales leads and current customer upgrades
• Conduct site visits, assess needs, and present solutions clearly
• Collaborate with service/operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Track activity, proposals, and follow-ups to consistently hit targets
